The shipping cost is €5.99 for Italy, France, Germany, Spain, the United Kingdom, Austria, Portugal, Poland, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Belgium, and Luxembourg for orders under €39.99.
For orders over €40.00 to these countries, shipping will be free.
The shipping cost may vary from €5.99 to €44.99 for the rest of the world depending on the destination and the total weight of the order.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to temporary courier disruptions or geopolitical events.

Explanations about the spare part
What is the purpose of a water tank lid? Essentially, this accessory serves three functions:
1. It protects the water intended for dispensing from dust, ensuring the hygiene of the beverage.
2. Without it, the water could evaporate more quickly or become dirty, and the machine would lose its original aesthetic line.
3. It is useful to prevent water from easily spilling when you move the tank to refill it and to keep the water filter (if installed) in place.
Symptoms, what problems can a faulty lid cause?
Question: Why should I replace the lid?
Answer: Replacement is usually necessary when the plastic shows cracks due to accidental drops or because the previous lid is damaged, and you want to restore the aesthetics of your coffee machine; in fact, limescale or dishwasher washes can dull the lid and make it unsightly.
Question: How do I know if it is the right one?
Answer: Always check the list of compatible models. You can find the specific model you have on the silver label under your automatic coffee machine, note the exact model, and compare it with those listed at the end of this description in the compatibility section.
Our advice and Diagnostics
To extend the life of your new cap, we recommend handling it carefully during water filling. The most common cause of breakage is dropping the tank during washing or transport. For cleaning, use only lukewarm water and a mild soap; absolutely avoid abrasive sponges that can scratch the transparent surface and do not wash it in the dishwasher at high temperatures, as the plastic may warp. Also, remember to perform periodic descaling, as limescale can crystallize on plastics and break them.
